What Scott Frost said on radio show ahead of Michigan showdown

Another major test awaits Nebraska.

On Saturday, the Huskers host No. 9 Michigan, facing their third-ranked opponent of the 2021 season. In previous matchups, Nebraska have dropped in 1-possession games against Oklahoma and Michigan State.

Nebraska enters the game having beaten Northwestern 56-7 and gained some serious momentum. The defense plays at an incredibly high level, as does quarterback Adrian Martinez.

“Little things” like turnovers, bad weather penalties and special teams misfortunes continued to hamper the Huskers in their 3-game losing streak to Illinois, Oklahoma and Michigan State. Is this finally the week when Nebraska puts some of those mistakes in the rearview mirror and plays a full game?

A win on Saturday would arguably be the biggest of the Scott Frost era.
