K-FROG 95.1 Reunites ‘Heather & Anthony’ For Weekday Afternoon Radio Show – San Bernardino Sun


Heather Froglear and Anthony Donatelli both teased that there would be big news on Monday afternoon, and when the clock struck 3 p.m. their secret was revealed: eight months after an upset at K-FROG 95.1, they severed their on-air partnership, they are reunited as hosts of the weekday afternoon show.

“So this is the moment you’ve all been waiting for: ‘Heather & Anthony’, what’s up?” Froglear said during the first music break after the new show started at 3 p.m.

“Yesterday my social media was exploding,” Donatelli said of the backlash after posting that big news was on the way and fans thought he might walk away. “Now I’m joining you for the afternoons and couldn’t be happier,” he said.

The Heather & Anthony Show will air from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays, as it did until September 2020, when Entercom, as Audacy was previously known, made changes to many stations across the country.

At the time, Donatelli spent weekends and nights, and Froglear teamed up with Kimo Jensen, a longtime host of KSON-FM (103.7) in San Diego, who now takes over a solo show at the station. from San Diego.

The Kimo & Heather Show also began regional syndication in September, and The Heather & Anthony Show will continue this practice with simulcasts in Phoenix, Portland and Seattle.

In a second change to K-FROG, weekend host Dana Swearingen will add more shifts to her schedule, taking over the midnight to 5 a.m. shift that Donatelli has held until now. . She will also continue to host her current shows from 3 to 7 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
